PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI), through Pondok Indah Group launched its premium residential project in Veteran area, South Jakarta named Aurelle Pondok Indah. The first phase development of the project on the total land area of 1.4 hectares is nearly completed, with 20 units, from the total of 40 units, are planned to be handed over in July 2025. The house types, which adopt the concept of oasis, in the project are offered at prices starting from Rp 6 billion.
