The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning aims to operate the land bank this year and currently, it is waiting for the Presidential Regulation to further regulate the operational. The land bank is meant to secure land availability for an equitable economy, public interests, social, development, economic distributions, a land consolidation and agrarian reformation. The acquired land will be managed by the Land Bank Agency .
