PT Jasa Marga (JSMR) held its Annual General Meeting (RUPST) for the 2021 financial year on 27th April 2022.  One of the decisions from the meeting is the approval of the spinoff of Trans-Java lane to PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) through the restructuring program of State-Owned Enterprises.
