The government signals for another tax amnesty program in the revision discussion of the Tax General Regulations and Procedures (RUU KUP) Law due to lower tax revenue caused by Covid-19 pandemic hitting the business sectors and the public. The revised RUU KUP will include several taxation regulations comprising Income Tax (PPH), Value Added Tax (PPN), Luxury Items Tax (PPNBM), duties and tax amnesty.
