President Prabowo Subianto prepares a number of stimulus for the property sector, comprising the exemption of 11% Value Added Tax (PPN), 5% Land and Building Right Transfer Duty (BPHTB), and the program of 3 million livable houses. The government plans to implement the 16% exemption of PPN and BPHTB for one to three years.
