Government to Develop Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone into an International Financial Center

The Coordinating Minister of Economic Sector Airlangga Hartarto confirmed that the government is preparing the financial sector regulation to be implemented on the Special Economic Zone (KEK) Kura Kura Bali in in Serangan Village area with the aim to make the project as an International Financial Center (IFC). The project will integrate the financial, education, and environmental research sectors and is projected to drive Bali’s economy resiliency and global competitiveness. This plan will be managed under the coordination with Danantara.
