PT Sentul City Tbk. announced that the land transaction between PT Genting Properti Nusantara and PT Genting Properti Cemerlang, a subsidiary of Genting Property Sdn Bhd (Genting Property) Malaysia has been completed. The acquired land is a total of 9.4 hectares in the central of Sentul City commercial business district (BSD). The Premium Lifestyle Center project is the first project from Genting Property in the Greater Jakarta Area to be constructed by the end of this year or next year.
