DMS Propertindo Launches Urbanova Edu Hub in East Surabaya

PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA) launched an integrated property project on a total land area reaching 23 hectares named Urbanova Edu Hub in East Surabaya with approximately Rp3 trillion in investment. This project is supported by China Light Industry International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CLIEC) and integrates residential, business center, education, hotel, hospital, and various lifestyle facilities in one ecosystem to serve its residents and the surrounding public’s activities in one place.
