The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta issues Governor Regulation Number 118/2020 regarding Spatial Use Permit to hasten permit and boost property sector as a non-financial stimulus with the aim of improving property industry growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. This regulation simplifies and accelerates the permit process from 360 to 57 working days for general buildings and 14 working days for residential houses.
