PT Intiland Development Tbk. appointed PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk as the General Contractor of the SQ Res project in South Jakarta with a contract value of approximately Rp230 billion. The SQ Res is a mixed-use project, residing on a total land area of 1.3 hectares with 65% of the total area dedicated for a green area such as a park and outdoor areas. The project comprises 700 units in two 21-storey towers and the SQ Office catering to multinational companies.
