Daisan was awarded with the EDGE eco-friendly certification by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an agency under the World Bank for its residential clusters which have the average energy efficiency of 39.5%, water efficiency of 32.75%, and less embodied energy efficiency of 52.75%. Prior to the development of Daisan in 2020, Swancity has develop the sustainable projects of Lavon 1 and Lavon 2 with the aim to be the hearth of the future self-sustaining city, the Tangerang New City.
