PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) achieved Rp1.23 trillion in net profit as of June 2025 or increasing by 20% from Rp1.02 trillion in the same period last year. This increase was driven by the increase in business revenue, reaching Rp5.88 trillion or increasing by 16.76% from Rp5.03 trillion in the first semester of 2024. The largest contribution came from the real estate segment at Rp4.74 trillion.
