PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a part of Sinarmas Group, is negotiating with Top Global Limited for the acquisition of PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM). BSDE offers to acquire 91.99% of SMDM shares from Top Global Limited’s issued and paid up capital. This plan is in line with BSDE’s strategy in expanding their land banks in strategic locations, diversified their geographical presences and market penetration.
