PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) is conducting an intensive discussion with the IKN Authority Government on planning to develop property projects in Nusantara Capital City (IKN). BSDE has submitted a proposal of its ability and experiences in developing township projects. The potential for BSDE to join in the development of IKN is currently under a feasibility study.
