PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a part of Sinar Mas Land Group achieved consolidated revenue at Rp6.39 trillion in the first half of 2025 which was dominated by the sales of houses, land plots, and strata titles units, reaching Rp5.55 trillion or 86.81% of the total revenue. Meanwhile, its net profit was recorded at Rp1.29 trillion in the first half of 2025. Currently, BSDE is developing the third phase of BSD City on a total land area of 2,450 hectares from the total 5,950 hectares permitted.
