Bumi Serpong Damai Achieves Rp10.04 Trillion Marketing Sales in 2025

PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) recorded a solid marketing sales performance at Rp10.04 trillion in 2025, higher than the set target of Rp10 trillion. This achievement grew 3% from Rp9.72 trillion in 2024. In detail, the residential segment became the top contributor with Rp4.19 trillion or 42% of the total achievement, followed by the commercial segment with Rp3.73 trillion or 37%, while land sales contributed Rp2.13 trillion or 21% of the total 2025 marketing sales.
