BPS: January 2026 Annual Inflation at 3.55%

The Indonesia Statistics (BPS) recorded the Consumer Price Index (IHK) with the annual inflation of 3.55% yoy in January 2026. This inflation increased from 2.92% in December 2025. The higher inflation at the start of the year was affected by the low base effect due to government discount on electricity tariff which lower IHK and driven the deflation.
