Referring to data from the Indonesian Financial System Statistics by the Bank of Indonesia, property credit grew by 12.27% yoy to Rp946.42 trillion in November 2024 from Rp842.97 trillion in the same period last year. The growth was driven by landed houses loans (KPR) which recorded 9.87% yoy growth at the value of Rp718.945 trillion. From the quality side, the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) was recorded with 2.74% increased in November 2024 from 2.69% in the previous month.
