BI: Loan Grows by 9.98% in April 2026

The Bank of Indonesia recorded bank loan growth at 9.98% yoy in April 2026, increasing from 9.49% yoy in March 2026. In line with this growth, BI also showed the property loan with growth at 17.5% yoy to Rp1,684.9 trillion in 2026, relatively stable after 17.5% yoy growth in the previous month. On the other side, the construction loan growth contracted at 46% yoy to Rp569.4 trillion from 47.2% yoy in March 2026.
