The Bank of Indonesia (BI) confirms to delay the launch of Payment ID, previously planned to launch on Sunday (17th August), and that the system remains in trial. Despite no official confirmation of when the system will be implemented, the system is planned to be implemented in phases starting from 2027 until in 2029 collaborating with various institutions.
