Astra Property, through PT Saka Industrial Arjaya (SIA), has officially completed the acquisition of PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk. (MMLP), becoming the majority shareholder with 83.67% ownership or 5.76 billion shares worth Rp3.3 trillion at Rp580.6 per share. This acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy in developing its business in the industrial infrastructure and logistics, specifically in the modern warehouse sector.
