Paramount Land has sold out Aniva Junction in Paramount Gading Serpong in Tangerang. The first marketing phase offered 94 units with a transaction value recorded at Rp225 billion since its first launch on 27 February 2021. This achievement was higher than the targeted transaction value of Rp200 billion. The recovery momentum in the property sector has driven Paramount to offer Aniva Grande, a shophouse complex located in the same area of Aniva Junction commercial and it aims to achieve Rp70 billion of sales.
