PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (APLN) recorded a positive performance in the first quarter of 2024 with its recurring income reaching Rp 346.2 billion. This achievement increased by 2.5% from the same period last year of Rp 337.8 billion. This recurring income contributed approximately 48,6% of the total sales and revenue of APLN in the first quarter of 2024.
