PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) has launched its second cluster, Bhumi Svarga Sentul in limited amounts after the oversold of its first cluster, Bhumi Anvaya. Bhumi Svarga is a landed house cluster which offers the concept of work-life-play balance with access to the Greater Jakarta center of activities by adopting the concept of walkable and bike-friendly in a Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The second cluster is launched by offering the initial early bird prices starting from Rp700 million for units comprising Asoka (30/60) and Kayana (36/72).
